Domain registration and renewals
Registering or transferring a domain, keeping it in your organisation name, and tracking the renewal date.
Hosting is rarely noticed until something breaks. The useful difference is not disk space: it is whether anyone answers when a renewal lapses or a mailbox stops sending.
Most hosting failures are not dramatic. They are an expired certificate, a full disk, a lapsed renewal or a mailbox that quietly stopped forwarding.
None of those need clever engineering. They need a schedule, an owner and a habit of noticing before the customer does. Renewal dates go into a calendar with reminders ahead of the day. Disk space and certificate expiry are monitored. Mailboxes and forms are tested after every change, not only at launch.
The hardware is not ours. We do not run a hosting business or resell capacity; the account, the plan and the billing stay with a provider your organisation contracts with directly. We handle the setup, the move, the records and the support, so the site is not left unattended between invoices.
Practical assistance around an account you own, rather than a resold plan with our name on the invoice.

Address, alias, mail and authentication records set correctly and written down, so site and mail resolve as intended.
Mailboxes, aliases, forwarding and device configuration for the people who actually need them.
Getting the site onto the server, applying correct file permissions and switching traffic cleanly.
Certificates installed and renewed on schedule, with mixed-content problems fixed at the same time.
Uptime checks, runtime updates and a person to call when the site or the mail stops working.
Small operational details are what break sites. Each one is listed and tracked rather than assumed.
It suits organisations that need the website to be somebody's concern between launches, without hiring a full-time systems person.
Where the site matters commercially but does not justify a dedicated IT role.
Where a missed renewal has already taken a site or a mailbox offline once.
Where access to the hosting and domain has to be recovered and put into your own name.
Where a proper domain mailbox with correct mail records would change how enquiries are handled.
The first job is establishing who controls what. Without that, every later fix becomes a negotiation.
List the domains, hosting account, mailboxes, certificates and who holds access today.
Bring the accounts into your organisation name and document the credentials safely.
Set DNS, mail records, certificates and file permissions correctly before the site is live.
Turn on uptime and expiry checks, with alerts routed to a person who acts on them.
Handle renewals, updates and fixes on a stated schedule through an agreed contact route.
Standard hosting components, so the account can be moved between providers or handed over without a rebuild.
The improvement is quiet: fewer lapses, fewer panics, one place to ask.
Domain, certificate and plan dates are tracked with reminders well ahead of the deadline.
A named contact handles the site, the mail and the account instead of three unrelated vendors.
The domain and hosting sit in your organisation accounts, with access written down.
A defined first check turns a vague outage into a specific fix.
Still unsure whether this fits what you are trying to do? Ask directly — you will get an honest answer, including when the answer is no.
Talk to the teamNo. The servers belong to a hosting provider you contract with directly. We do not sell hosting capacity as our own product: the account is opened in your name with the provider you choose, and we handle setup, migration, records and support on it. You keep the billing relationship and the control.
Yes. We establish where the domain and hosting are held, request the transfer or access, verify that the site and mail work, and document everything in your name. This is often the most valuable part of the engagement.
Monitoring, certificate and plan renewals, runtime updates and a contact route for problems. Content changes and new features are quoted separately so the support cost stays honest.
Response windows are set out in the support agreement before work begins, and the diagnostic steps are defined so the site is checked in a consistent order. Anything that needs a rebuild is quoted before it proceeds.
Yes, when the mail records are prepared and the cutover is timed. Records go in ahead of the switch, the old mailbox keeps receiving during the transition, and delivery is verified both ways before closing it.
